For the past four years we’ve been honing our WordPress workflow at MEOM. In this talk I’m going to show the big picture on how we handle our dev and design process. You’ll get the list on tools we’re using and things we’re planning to implement in the future. We dive deeper into Git and ponder the pros and cons about the different branching models you can use. You’ll also see how (and why) you should document almost every internal process you have.
