The first-ever Finnish WordCamp gathered a few hundred fellow WordPress enthusiasts to Tampere back in 2015. This September, our community will return to the city where everything started.
The organising team considered returning to the same venue, but the community has outgrown its walls. So this time, we’re going big.
The venue for WordCamp Finland 2023 is the legendary Tampere Hall (Tampere Talo), one of the country’s biggest conference centres.
Save the dates and time!
The event starts on Thursday, September 14th at 16:00 with contribution and community activities. After that, the evening continues with community-organised gatherings and pre-events.
The whole of Friday, September 15th, is dedicated to sessions related to working with WordPress and in the web industry at large. Session will start at 9:00. The after-party in the evening completes the long-due gathering of our community.

Accomondation in Tampere
It’s already a good time to start planning your stay in Tampere!
We have sealed some great accommodation deals for our attendees from various hotels nearby the main venue and city centre.
Ticket sales
We want that attending is possible for a large group of people. Travels, accommodation, loss of revenue during the event days and other potential costs can already easily add up for some. That’s why we kept the price intentionally low, thanks to our sponsors who help us to achieve that.
The ticket price is 25 €. There will also be an option to buy a community supporter micro-sponsor ticket for 50 €. Ticket sales open on May 3rd.
